Winnetka, IL Repeals Draconian Handgun Ban Becomes Third Chicago Suburb to Drop Total Ban Since Supreme Court Ruling [ many other cities follow suit ]

The Winnetka, IL Village Council has repealed its 20-year handgun ban following this summer's Supreme Court decision . . . .
Because of the HELLER - II (a.) case . . .
Semi-automatics will no longer be classified as a Machine Gun,
and will not again be challenged as being a common gun of the day.

Because of the HELLER - II (b.) case . . .
Chicago vs. Otis McDonald and the Lawsons brought suit,

Because of future cases,
